Dual-path turn workflows
Park-owned home turns follow 8 stages (from initial assessment through marketing-ready). Lot-only turns follow 6 stages (from site clearing through ready-for-home). Each stage has a default task checklist. The system automatically picks the right workflow based on whether the lot has a park-owned home.
Photo, expense, and analytics
Tasks support before/after photo uploads. Creating an expense from a task automatically links them and syncs costs. Turn cost analytics show average cost by turn type, cost by category, cost by vendor, and monthly trends.
